Have been ordering from Discount Catheters since 2020 - usually to try different catheters when mine didn’t work so well or it was discontinued. It’s a great resource with good info on the various options. Prices are very reasonable when private paying.

I have ordered twice from this site and both times the orders were processed and shipped quickly. The products I ordered are as expected. My only complaint is I called and left messages two times but never received a callback. You can order it yourself on the site if you know what you need but if you need to talk with someone it might take a few times trying to get ahold of someone. I would recommend this site for ordering catheters.

I was surprised that a sample product given too me was available at Discount Catheters. It is actually a medical supply, a Refresh Bath Towelette package. I couldn't find a non-commercial source and Discount Catheter had it and at a reasonable price. Ordering a case meant 30 packs but I called Monday and received the shipment on Thursday., Wednesday was a holiday! The exact, same product as I received invitations the hospital. Customer Service was excellent, hold time was less than two minutes and rep was patient and explained everything I needed to know about products and supplies they carried.
