Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds are extended in light of any error in our part or if for an unforeseen reason a product became unavailable. Refunds under these circumstances are for 100% or for the full value of your purchase. Exchanges are accepted if product arrives damaged. Please note, requests for refunds or exchanges must initiate by email within 30 days of receipt of the product. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be provided by us and you need to write that RA number on the first line of the address label used to mail the product back to us. The product must be received within 10 days of notification of intent to return. Please note, there are no returns allowed on International orders. International orders are final.
The following terms would apply:
- There is up to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the corresponding Credit amount.
- Customer must bear the freight and/or postage cost for returning the product/s.
- Product/s should be in the same condition as when sent, that is unused and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Credit will be granted once the product/s is placed back into inventory.
- Credit applies only to the product. It does not cover original postage or freight.
- All international orders are final and cannot be returned.
