Seriously, people who say they dont work obviously havent obtained ketosis. The colour changes after 3 days of ketosis and you have to be dedicated to getting to this point. For diabetic keto acidosis then they are a good measurement of ketones in the blood when youve tan high blood sugar for too long as well. These are a prescribed item so well worth getting if you need to check your levels and arent into finger pricking. -
Great for measuring unused ketones!

These are great. They are helpful when you first begin the program as this only measures EXCESS ketones! Disregard the other reviews - if you are following the diet exactly, it should register 0 because you are using the ketones! These are beneficial only when you begin or restart the program to know when you have begun ketosis.
