BillNew to the catheter marketI am new to this market and was happy to find HPFY with the best price. The only downside is that I didn't see an easy way to have this purchase go through my insurance, so I used our HSA dollars to pay for it. Insurance wouldn't have paid for the purchase anyway since we haven't met our deductible for the year, but I will want the cost to go against our deductible in 2020. The product arrived in great condition with some free samples of other catheter products, which was a nice touch.

Nobody should be embarrassed about their bodies needs BUT it is nice to be able to interact with a group of people without having to explain that I use catheters
