RieCHMHCNothing to write home about. For the price it should work better. I Had to try over and over to staple 24 sheets of paper, and it crumpled at least 8 staples before it actually stapled correctly. My best advice IF you get THIS stapler is to apply firm, hard pressure on it - slowly from a standing position so you can bear weight on it better. You have to be a bit aggressive. I have arthritis and that makes it more difficult. My BETTER advice is to not buy this- Opt for an easier to use one, even if it costs a little more.

I cannot find staples for old stapler I have that has better design. Had release at back for staple tray to spring forward, like a drawer coming out in a cilised manner, rather than the traditional way of opening the jaws and potentially stapling your thumb when closing - as I did when young, decades ago.
