I switched to these because while the last product I used was good they did leak on me a few times. I am a delivery driver and when a restroom is not available I need a product that can handle a full bladder void, which these can. I can wet them 3 times throughout the day and they still feel dry.

And these diapers are extremely comfortable, and not bulky enough to be obvious under my clothes, although I usually wear loose fitting, durable clothes like carpenter blue jeans, so if you wear form fitting clothes or light, flowing fabrics you might decide that these diapers are thicker than you like. But that would be more of a problem with some other diapers.

These diapers have very good gentle elastic, and the same size still fits well after I have lost almost forty pounds of weight by diet and exercise. I was at the big end of the size range and I am now near the small end, but these diapers do not leak during the day and leak very little over a long night, which is easily handled by a bed pad or by a booster pad inside the diaper to increase the capacity a little. Or if you don't sleep for nine hours, or if you don't drink fluids for a few hours before you go to sleep. I have gotten up early when I need to go some place in the morning or something, and the diaper was not leaking. Or taken my evening meds earlier than usual and not had anything to drink after that, and the diaper did not leak overnight, but I don't usually use either of those methods to prevent leaks, and I still only have minor leaks overnight with these diapers. Any other diapers that I have tried leaked a lot more overnight, and I have tried samples of over a dozen other brands with their most absorbent models in my size.
