    I prefer the twist valve

I prefer the twist valve rather than the lever. The strap buttons are a bit annoying so I use alternatives to keep the straps in place.

    Getting use to this design

Since I've gone from a leg bag at the calf, to a leg bag at my thigh, it's taken a little getting use to. I have tired a number of different "out flow" designs. This one seems to be the best so far without a lot of fiddling around with it. I like that these are somewhat inexpensive so I'm not bummed when I only use once or twice.

    designed to leak

Posted by Marc in healthproductsforyou on Oct 26th 2019

The straps attach to protruding "buttons." After a week, one of the "buttons" partly separated from the bag, creating a tiny tear, leaking urine. Duck tape stopped the flow for a day and a half. The design with the buttons stresses the bag for no benefit and guarantees leakage. Other designs that have straps that pass through designed openings do not stress the bag and cause leakage. A terrible design.

Always have a spare with you

I've purchased quite a few of these because I use an indwelling catheter at all times. This bag seems to be flimsier in comparison to another I've started using. Both are similar in price. Urinary leg bags are somewhat flimsy; therefore, I don't want to be too harsh in my review. I do have many issues with the twist valve. Again, I've had the same issue with other brands. Just keep another one with you so you can switch out should you have an issue.
