    These actually work! They go on easily, but get the correct size for your organ. They are very comfortable to wear and I usually get 2 days wear from each one. Make sure you are dry before applying. No long term irritation or problems. Great price and service as usual from Indy.

    My husband is quadriplegic incomplete and this the Spirit exo cath was suggested to us from the hospital. When he was brought to a nursing home, another kind was used that did not perform well at all for him. That is why we ordered the Spirit brand. It does hold much better (up to 12 hrs for him) - in all honesty I also use a few drops of skin adhesive (quite conservatively as to not affect his skin) and it does seem to help.
