    NOT recommend for granite, porcelain and glass

    Blade is too thick with extruded teeth make it very impractical cut for fine cut like granite, porcelain and glass. Rough teeth make loud noises when cut inside. Also, the middle hole came out when I installed, look like refurbished item. In other words, the blade came without a middle hole. Someone got it for cheap, cut the diamond hole and stick a circle hole in. Not weld in, just push in. Very poor quality. Blade show sign of rust on 2nd day. Poor quality. Best for rough cut with brick, cement.

    The extra 1/2" diameter gives you an advantage over most of the other HF masonry blades which only come in 4" diameter. This blades was under $10 and cut/grinded as well as my $50 blades. As far as longevity, I mostly dry cut brick pavers and intermittently ran through approx 100 LF of cuts. Dry cutting usually eats through blades faster than wet cutting, so I was surprised to find this blade is still in great condition with plenty of life remaining.
