    Very happy with this purchas

    I just started to use this product for my Plantar Fasciitis. The intensity of my pain has dropped like 40% at my initial usage, over night pain dropped 80%. I walked to the bathroom this morning almost pain free for the first time in 1.5 years. At work I'm getting up and experiencing very little pain, whereas before I would need like 20 feet of walking to "limber up". My only regret is I did not buy the splitter and an extra ankle pad. Swapping one pad between the 2 feet is easy enough but this thing works so good that getting both feet at the same time would be awesome. In regards to putting

    Yes, buy this - it actually does what it says it does. It works and keeps the pad cold enough to help keep the swelling down after surgery - in this case Hip Surgery. The only down side to this is that it uses quite a bit of ice to create the cold - clever how the designers knew to mix water with ice for the most efficient cold generation. Unbox it, (okay read the instructions), fill the water up to the easily found indicator-line inside the liquid container - then fill the container with ice up to the line clearly displayed inside the container, if necessary, use a blunt object to break the i
