    Not a forever soap, but...

    Easy to use. For bath Add @ 1 ounce to 3 or 4 quarts warm in sink or basin and wash gently with a wash cloth. Towel dry if desired.

    For shampoo wet hair completely with product and lather gently to loosen oils on the scalp. i do Use a small amount of warm waterto rinse after shampooing because I don't want the feeling of the residue.I have longer hair and I use about a,quart of warm water to remove any remaining lather and towel dry the hair before I blow dry.
