    I have lower back problems and a few years back my chiropractor had given me similar belt (which I wore as needed) and I had been looking for a replacement for it. This one covers more area on the back than my old one and is very comfortable. The "boning" allow for it to stay in place and does not "roll" with movement. Adjustable straps help tighten as desired. Allows for flexibility during exercise or while doing regular activities around the house. Helps you keep your posture while sitting and is hardly visible under clothing. I wish this item was available in other colors like nude or black. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
