    Poor customer service…

    Your service representatives are great a hiding behind your return policies.. unfeeling and empty souls is how I could describe my two encounters.. your chat online is horrible and I was disconnected and had to call which Was even a bigger disappointment. The only thing I could rate a positive is the speed of delivery to replace my order error. Was a pharmacist in New York for 47 years most as a supervisor but last 5 years as community pharmacist and would never let any of my customers leave unhappy and I trained my staff to do the same. This may not get to the correct people but if you want success you have to address problems and not duck behind your return policies to get the monkey off your back.

    I am writing this simply to prepare other shoppers, this listing says it’s 1 box of 10 count, HOWEVER that’s WRONG! I contacted the seller and was told it’s a listing error, and was issued a full refund. The quality of the product is superb so I am giving it 3 stars.

    These are good for me for about a week to 2 weeks and I would use a new one. I also put duck tape on the bottom sides of the drain valve in case of leakage, This works for me.
