    I bought this because my wifes occupational therapist recommended it. It is built much better than the older I bought this because my wifes occupational therapist recommended it. It is not ones that just had two bare to put under the mattress . This one not only has the two bars for under the mattress but two feet that go on the floor that help stabilize it. My wife really likes it because it helps her get into bed as well as out of it!

    This hand rail is great for a 8in mattress bed. It does not work with a large mattress because its low. Very easy to assemble and does not come out once placed under mattress. Very sturdy and easy grip for any person. Highly recommended for elderly person who needs some extra assistance to get up. Also for someone who just had surgery and needs an extra hand to get up if they sleep alone.
