    Product is not in stock, but Vitality is still taking order orders

    Lumex Deluxe Clinical Care Recliner: 13 days after order I was told that the product would arrive "tomorrow" (now today). Today I am told that the product is on backorder, was never in stock and did not ship. Product is still listed here as in-stock. My credit card was charged last month - I've already paid my credit card for a February charge on this product that won't be in stock until mid-April. Yet this site still shows the product as in-stock. I even called customer support to verify that the product was in stock before I ordered it; they affirmed that it was in stock and would ship from

    This chair is not easy to use. It is extremely hard for the patient to use without assistance.
