    Fiberglass in the mattress cover will ruin your life.

    I have had my Nectar mattress for almost 4 years and have always loved it. I found it perfectly comfortable and have recommended it to many. Today when I was changing my sheets I noticed some shiny fibers in the mattress cover, so I whip out a flashlight and I can see many many small fibers with an obvious sheen that I recognized. I used a damp cloth to wipe the edge of the bed and it confirmed my initial reaction. The mattress cover is made from fiberglass, an extremely irritating and itchy material often used in insulation.     Buyer Beware

    I purchased two queen mattresses in November 2021 for my kids and a third one for my wife and I. The set up of one these mattresses was delayed and it was on March 22, 2022 when we opened the boxes containing the mattresses. Upon unwrapping the plastic packaging, we immediately noticed stains on the mattress cover. On March 30th we called Nectar to inquire about receiving a replacement mattress cover and were told that because the box hadn't been opened within 90 days the "forever warranty" was now void. This provision was not disclosed at time of purchase but apparently is buried in the detai
