    The stool arrived flat in a package and putting it together was a breeze. I had someone to stand on it to test the weight reliability without any problems. The only "hiccup" for me is that although it is durable, I need it for my mother getting in and out of her car, attached to a string making it easier for her to stand on and pull in the car with her. However, I noticed you cannot fold and attach the stool too many times (I did it twice) because "hard plastic" looks to wear easily, possibly affecting durability. So I'm thinking about gluing it in place. Because it is lightweight, she can pul

    Probably the best step stool available for under $10

    For the money it is a great stool. I checked several stores for a cheap stool and this one seemed to be rated for the most weight. I weigh around 235 and most stools at this price point seem to be rated for 200-220lbs. Even the non folding ones. This one holds me fine and seems very solid when standing on it. It doesn't feel unsafe or wobbly in the slightest. I would recommend keeping your weight towards the side however and not in the dead center for better support and stability.
