Hyperice - 3110000100 - Roller, Vibration Foam Vyper 3

This thing is awesome! The vibrating settings are very strong. It will bounce around on the floor if you let go, so hang on to it. You should place it into position, THEN turn it on to vibrate. I've been using setting 1 and 2. 3 is too strong so far, but I'm sure I'll get to it. The material is hard foam, just like those other high density rollers. I thought the small crinkles in the foam would be too tiny, but with the vibrating, it works great. The places where I'm using it is my calves and hamstrings for now. I'll be moving to the psoas (sp?) and IT band. Soooo happy! You won't regret it.
