Invacare - 1115290 - Hand Pendant For Ivc Full Electric Bed

We ordered this bed when we moved my mom into assisted living. It arrived quickly and in several smaller boxes which helped with the transfer to her apartment. Assembly was fairly easy, but did have a few confusing moments with the instructions. The electronic features worked perfectly for what my mom needed. After several months we had to move apartments and I must say we were super impressed with how easy it was to disassemble and reassemble.

Actually the bed is fine but one of the clamps for one of the two split bed rails I purchased, would not tighten. so it would not hold the rail on the bed, it is going in three weeks now and MedMart.com online has not replaced this defective rail. My last communication they indicated the manufacturer is not cooperating to replace the defective part. I hole MedMart responsible. They are choosing this manufacturer not me. The problem is I cannot let my loved one use the bed without the side rail on as she has dementia and think she can get up and walk. Out of desparation,I just recenlty went to
