Product does not arrive as in photo

Posted by Robin C. in stap on Oct 29th 2016

Three times, I've ordered the sharps container and selected pick up at store. Only once did the product arrive complete with all parts! As anyone who uses a sharps container would know, it needs to come with a lid. It is not a bucket. It is a sharps container for handling needles. The lid keeps the phlebotomist safe from used needles. I love the convenience of Staples pick up in store, but it defeats the purpose entirely when only half the product arrives. Quality control is completely lacking.
