    I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I suffer from seasonal allergies at any time of the year - like, there is always a season of some allergen for me. Therefore, I go through a lot of "to-go" tissues. Usually I go for bargain stuff, and not always end up happy: either tissue breaks while I pull it out of package or practically dissolves as I use it. Yuck. I guess, it really is "you get what you pay for". Since I am using Kleenex On-the-go, I never experienced tissues soaking through or breaking apart.
