    I am a retired nurse who purchased this sphygmomanometer for my fiance. It arrived today and we were both pleased it is such high medical quality. Other machines were similar, but at a higher cost. I am very pleased with this purchase and know that it will relieve our fears. He has recently diagnosed with hypertension and hypertension is known as the silent killer. We have such a peace of mind knowing that we can check his blood pressure when he feels it's necessary.     This BP monitor is the best one I ever had. I was so impressed that another was purchased for a relative that surly needed one. We find the product to be very accurate. This product works the first time, every time. Thanks to the manufacturer for a job well done!!! I like the fact that my spouse and I can use the same monitor and the information is automatically stored and we can share the results with our primary care physician which they greatly appreciate.
