    This transport chair is just what we needed!

    My husband broke his femur and this transport chair has been wonderful! Things that I love: The chair has adjustable leg rests, which is a must for someone over 6 feet. The chair is light weight - very easy to get in and out of the trunk of our car (I remove the leg rests first.) The chair came within a couple of days - right on time - so it arrived BEFORE my husband got out of the hospital. It is comfortable for short rides. Very little assembly needed. Things to be aware of : The brake system is not locking, so the person pushing the chair has to hold the hand brake grip on the handles to br

    Good product, terrible packaging

    Product itself was excellent. Everything I expected. However, the shipping box was a disaster. Holes punched everywhere. Lose staples. Although product looked new and unused, the box looked like it had been returned numerous times. Crushed corners. Plastic retaping. It was a miracle the product was not damaged or scratched. No Styrofoam or hard cardboard corners in box. Product at least was covered in light plastic bag and leg supports in bubble wrap.
