    Questionable Packing!

    i have not put the item together yet, so its not been used. I haven't even looked at actually. Im just shocked at the condition it was upon arrival. My review is soley based on the packaging. The worst box ever! The box was very, very weak and had very little tape. In fact, there was a hole punctured in the box. The tape used barely kept the box closed - you could see what was inside the box. Thank God, the items inside were too large to fall out (I think theres nothing missing). I just can't believe it was shipped like this.

    Weighted, so that it does not topple over. But also light enough to adjust. Swing down arms. Good back support. The only problem is whenever you go to remove the bucket underneath, its very easy to spill. I assumed I'd have to pull out the bucket all the way before it drops to the floor, cuz that's how most things are designed. But this, after an inch or so of taking the bucket out, it drops to the floor. Its so sudden and unexpected and everyone in my family agrees that it needs to stay locked onto the comode until it reaches the front, and then it drops down. This will definitely improve fro
