    I was skeptical about the claims that the shields help you produce more milk, but I found it to be completely true. I have tried using my old Medela shields versus these, and consistently get half an ounce more milk with my newborn! Now I just need to buy more of them!!

    Extra underpad is bulky, elastic keeps coming loose as the holes are too big.
