Feels Great on Nose & Face

I MADR TWO ORDERS 4 WEEKS APART WITH THE FIRST ODER NOT BEING DELIVERED, THEN ORDED A SECOND ORDER OF A DIFFERENT TYPE. WHEN I SPOKE TO THEIR CUSTOMER I INFORMED THEM THAT I DIDNOT WANT THE FIRST ORDER. BUT WANTED THE SECOND ORDER. THEY THEN SAID THE SECOND ORDER I REFUSED AND IT WAS SENT BACK TO THEM, THAT WAS INCORRECT INFO AS THEY HAD THE SHIPPING NUMBER REVERSED ON THE ORDERS. THE FIRST ORDER HAD THE SHIPPING NUMBER OF THE SECOND ORDER ON IT. THIS WAS VERY CONFUSING TO THEM SO I SENT THEM A PICTURE OF WHAT I HAD RECEIVED AS THEY REQUESTED. MEAN WHILE THE FIRST ORDER WAS FOR ABOUT 31.00 PLUS SHIPPING AND THE SECOND ORDER WAS 52.00 INCLUDING SHIPPING. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REFUND THE ORDER THAT WAS RETURNED TO THEM WHICH ACCORDING TO THEM WAS THE SECOND ORDER. HOWEVER THEY REFUNDED THE FIRST ORDER I MADE AND RECEIVED AND NOT THE ORDER OF 52.00 THAT WAS RETURNED. THEY ARE TOTALLY MISINFORMED AS THE SHIPPING NUMBERS WERE REVERSED ON THIER

Better than most

I have been receiving short, turn down cannulas which made it hard to get the O2 I need. I bought several different kinds from this vendor hoping to find one that works. This particular cannula is better than the previous ones. I get a lot more oxygen through this one. The only thing is the tips could be a little flared to give the right flow for me. Other than that, this is a good choice.
