    Thinner, more comfortable

    Has prevented leaks so far--use two at night with a night rated adult diaper. Wish the adhesive strip held better, but it is better than no adhesion at all. They are also thinner than another booster pad I was using so more comfortable between legs.

    Excellent Product.I buy these for my 97 year old Mom , who is on diuretics & uses this product daily.which fills her needs with no leakage and no need to wear uncomfortable plastic pants as back-up. She was initially introduced to the product while in the hospital and asked me to find them for home use since they were better than anything else on the market that she had tried previously. Amazon is my go-to resource for products and reviews, so I was happy to find them here and at a good price. The supplier states the delivery time quite accurately & I will definitely order again.

    Economical and work well

    I like these pads because they are very soft and work well for lite leaking. Note that they are not for those that do not have some bladder control. They have a gel that absorbs and traps moisture.

    Adds absorbency not bulk

    Started using these today, unlike using something like a maxi pad or a pullups tru-fit (resorted to some unique methods since depends left some of us high and not dry without boost pads). This product isn't that long (could actually do to be a bit longer, it helps the breif assorb a bit more in the areas you need and has a nice adhesive to hold in place. Maybe not as assorbent as the other choices but at the cost it makes more sense.
