    Great thin liner protection

    I love using these during most time of my monthly flow. Ever since being on BC and switching it up and down since 2010. It had consistently slowed down the flow and amount so it makes it very hard to wear a tampon and a large pad when it doesnt really get used, and gets very uncomfortable fast. I dont have much to work with when it comes trying a cup. Etc. so I like having these liners for a back up that is easy to hide and have in hand interchangeably. These liners offer solid protection when you need to have a back up and be carefree but comfortable. My only wish is that they made the sticky
